Developed Iraqi Dinar
Iraqi people have been suffering from lack of proper leadership as well as unified government. Though the elections have been held on March 2010 yet no formed government could be established. However there are some signs of stability in Iraq as US troops withdraw by the end of August 2010 and since then Iraqi Dinar has been discussed.
According to the central bank of Iraq, the exchange rate of Dinar is 1170 Iraqi Dinar to $1, which is the historical lowest value. Many investors invested in Dinar seeing this lowest value. Before the Gulf war this value was 1 Iraqi Dinar to $3.On the foreign exchange Dinar is not listed and its investors are anxiously waiting it’s publically trade.
It is a question mark that when Dinar was publically traded, no one can give its time frame. Dinar was last traded at the commercial banks around 2004-05.Departure of Sadam's government, violence and insurgency were the causes of instability of Dinar’s value.
The question arises when will the stable government be framed in Iraq, will the government be able to protect and secure its borders and infrastructure after the departure of US forces. The decreased value of Dinar is directly proportional to a stable and strong Iraq which is only possible with the help of international community which can provide infrastructure and basic needs to Iraqi people by forming a stable government in the first step because Iraq has all the resources including oil reserves, technology, healthy environment to work so that they can progress and fulfill their desires .
